I would recommend her to anyone with health issues that can be treated with nutrition- which is probably most health issues really! She is patient honest and very encouraging.
I also noticed my cravings for sugar and carbs have stopped. I now sleep better, have more energy, so I have been able to do some exercise.
I have been diagnosed with Lupus (SLE) and Autoimmune Thyroidism and after my first session with Natalia I have had the courage and now the knowledge to do the diet I have been putting off for two years. It willl improve my health, reduce the pain and the tiredness causes by my diseases.
